2. Find your point-person to help you make this happen.

Who should join you on your team?

Be prayerful about it and ask the Holy Spirit to help point out the right person for this task. Here are some characteristics of what to look for in a person. They should...

• ...have MOTIVATION and not be just a "yes" person
• ...be driven by the MISSION of the church
• ...have FRIENDS outside the church
• ...be all about HOSPITALITY and like to gather with others
• ...a good follower of CHRIST being grounded in faith, know they believe in Jesus, and can talk about Jesus
• ...have great FOLLOW-THROUGH
